All our products are made from 100% genuine leather. We use high-quality cowhide, buffalo leather, and sometimes goat leather depending on the product type.

2. Can I place a custom or personalized order?
Yes! We accept customized orders. You can get your name engraved or request a specific color/size. Please contact us for custom requests.

3. How should I maintain leather products?
Keep leather away from direct sunlight and water. Regularly wipe with a dry cloth and use leather conditioner every 2–3 months to keep the leather soft and fresh.

4. Are your products waterproof?
Natural leather is not waterproof, but we apply a water-resistant coating on some products. This is mentioned in the product description where applicable.

5. Do you accept B2B orders?
Yes, we accept B2B bulk orders for retailers, distributors, corporate clients, and resellers.

6. What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
